One of our reputed client is in immediate requirement of Plant Head position in their factory premises at Meerut Location.

Our client is India’s largest manufacturer of PV Ribbon and Busbar, delivering premium interconnect solutions to solar module manufacturers across the over four decades of metallurgical expertise since our inception in 1982, They have evolved from our roots in copper and aluminium wire production to become a trusted leader in solar interconnect technology.

Selected candidate will be looking after 100-150 factory plant workers supervisors involved in manufacturing process and must have minimum 03 yrs. of handling manufacturing plant operations with skills as follows......

Reviewing recommendations for special machinery and working with engineering teams to improve products and processes

Participating in plant expansion, equipment planning and conversion

Monitoring and testing various plant processes

Controlling costs to achieve budgetary goals for the company

Setting performance goals and expectations

Ensuring smooth day-to-day operations of the manufacturing plant

Participating in various manufacturing-related activities, such as quality, productivity, safety, innovation, supply management and on-time shipping

Building trustworthy relationships with employees

Staying up to date with the latest production trends, technology and best practices

Co-ordination with various departments like manufacturing , quality, stores, purchase, maintenance, suppliers, etc. to ensure smooth & efficient operations.

Develop and implement systems and policies for daily operations.
