Key Responsibilities

Operations Management: Oversee daily production, packaging, warehousing, and engineering activities to meet delivery targets.

Safety & Compliance: Enforce workplace safety rules, environmental laws, and industry certifications like ISO or GMP.

Quality Control: Drive continuous improvement using Lean or Six Sigma tools to lower defect and rejection rates.

Cost & Budgeting: Manage operational costs, capital expenditures, and material waste to hit financial goals.

Team Leadership: Hire, train, and mentor department managers and staff to build a high-performance work culture.

Qualifications & Skills

Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, Electrical) or a related technical field.

Experience: 10 to 15+ years in manufacturing operations, with several years in a senior leadership or plant management role.

Salary = 60k to 80k Per month
