Operation Manager - Full Time

Key Responsibilities: -

€¢ Leadership Role: Proven experience as Head of Operations or similar leadership role

€¢ Knowledge of Cross Functional Teams: Familiarity with all business functions including Sales, HR, Store and Logistics, Contract fulfilment.

€¢ Good communication : with Stakeholders, Verbal and written

€¢ Problem-solving aptitude

€¢ Graduate or post Graduate

€¢ Mentorship qualities : Mentor and motivate teams to achieve productivity

€¢ Self-Motivated: Take charge, evaluate available resources, then propose and implement appropriate solutions.

€¢ WORK UNDER PRESSURE, Candidate who can take working pressure, especially when sites encounter issues. Good operations managers are a stabilizing force during these times, helping to keep projects (and, often, even entire companies) afloat.

What is Expected :

€¢ Reporting throughout till the site€™s completion, stakeholders may approach the operations Head for progress updates. Good operations managers can figure out what data should be presented, assemble that data in a concise format, and report confidently to the stakeholders in question

€¢ Managing a team of Supervisors/Field Co coordinators: Allocate the sites to supervisors/ Field Coordinators and timely monitor the site's progress and report to the management, Work deadline and product use.

€¢ Coordinating the order and delivery of materials to job sites

€¢ facilitating site planning meetings

€¢ tracking company resource usage

€¢ identifying project risks and proposing solutions

€¢ dispatching subcontractors and equipment
