Manage day-to-day operations of security and housekeeping sites to ensure service quality.

Handle manpower deployment, duty rosters, attendance, and replacements.

Coordinate with clients to resolve operational issues and meet service expectations.

Ensure compliance with SOPs, safety standards, and statutory requirements.

Conduct regular site visits, inspections, and staff supervision.

Control operational costs, materials, uniforms, and equipment usage.

Prepare daily and monthly operational reports for management review.

Train, motivate, and discipline staff to maintain performance standards.
