We are seeking a detail-oriented and innovative New Product Development (NPD)–Production Executive to lead the creation of new car fresheners and automotive fragrance products from concept to final production. The role involves coordinating with design, sourcing, and manufacturing teams, developing fragrance prototypes, ensuring material compatibility and safety standards for in-car use, managing timelines, and improving processes for efficient mass production. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of automotive fragrance products, keen problem-solving abilities, and the capability to work closely with suppliers and internal teams to bring new, high-quality car fresheners and perfumes to market successfully.
