Job Description

We are hiring experienced Medical Representatives (MRs) to promote prescription-based pharmaceutical products. The role involves doctor detailing, prescription generation, and effective territory management to achieve assigned sales targets while following ethical pharma practices.

Key Responsibilities

Promote prescription-based pharmaceutical products to doctors, clinics, and hospitals.

Conduct regular doctor visits for product detailing and prescription generation.

Build and maintain strong relationships with doctors, healthcare professionals, and pharmacists.

Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Ensure effective territory coverage, follow-ups, and market penetration.

Collect and report market intelligence, competitor activity, and doctor feedback.

Maintain accurate daily call reports (DCRs) and sales documentation.

Adhere to company policies and ethical pharmaceutical marketing standards.

Candidate Profile

Educational qualification in Pharmacy / Life Sciences / Medicine

(m / m / . preferred).

1- 5 years of experience as a Medical Representative in prescription-based pharmaceutical sales.

Strong knowledge of doctor detailing and prescription generation.

Good communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

Familiarity with the local medical market of Amritsar or Pathankot.

Two-wheeler with a valid driving license preferred.
