Position: Marketing Executive

Location: Coimbatore & Madurai

Qualification: Bachelor€™s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field

Experience: Freshers or up to 2 years of experience in marketing/sales (preferably in construction, building materials, or elevator industry)

Key Responsibilities:

œ… Identify and approach potential clients such as builders, contractors, architects, and facility managers

œ… Promote our elevator products, maintenance contracts, and modernization solutions

œ… Conduct client meetings, site visits, and product presentations

œ… Follow up on leads and achieve monthly & quarterly sales targets

œ… Coordinate with the technical and operations team for quotations and site visits

œ… Maintain client databases, marketing reports, and enquiry logs

œ… Participate in marketing campaigns, trade shows, and promotional events

œ… Ensure customer satisfaction through timely communication and service
