Key Responsibilities
* Conduct daily field visits to industrial areas, commercial establishments, and business locations.
* Identify and generate new business opportunities through direct client meetings, networking, and referrals.
* Meet MSMEs, manufacturers, traders, builders, and entrepreneurs to understand their funding requirements.
* Promote Project Finance, Business Loans, Working Capital Loans, Machinery Loans, and other financial products.
* Build strong relationships with Chartered Accountants, Builders, Consultants, Architects, and Channel Partners.
* Collect and verify client documents required for loan processing.
* Coordinate with banks, NBFCs, and internal teams for smooth loan processing.
* Achieve monthly sales targets and business development goals.
* Submit daily visit reports and maintain accurate client records.
Skills Required
* Strong communication and convincing skills.
* Excellent negotiation and relationship-building abilities.
* Self-driven, target-oriented, and willing to travel extensively.
* Knowledge of Project Finance or Business Loans will be an added advantage.
* Must own a *two-wheeler* with a valid driving licence.
* Fluency in Marathi, Hindi, and English.
