Marketing Executive (3-5 Years)

Offline / Field Marketing

Plan and execute monthly lead generation activities through colleges, universities, cafés, tuition classes, and societies

Develop institutional tie-ups for seminars, workshops, and student outreach programs

Execute co-branding activities with educational institutes and partner brands

Plan BTL activities, student engagement drives, and on-ground promotions

Monitor field team performance and ensure daily lead reporting

Online Marketing Coordination

Coordinate with Google Ads, SEO, and Meta Ads agencies

Plan monthly digital campaigns for lead generation and brand awareness

Track campaign performance, CPL, ROI, and optimize budgets

Work closely with designers/content team for creatives, landing pages, and ads

Ensure strong presence across social media platforms

Team & Target Management

Manage and supervise marketing executives in Ahmedabad and Surat

Assign monthly targets and track performance

Ensure achievement of minimum monthly lead generation numbers

Maintain marketing MIS, reports, and performance dashboards

Strategic Initiatives (Added Value)

Develop referral marketing channels with tuition classes and student influencers

Plan education seminars, fairs, and admission events

Build corporate and community partnerships for brand visibility

Identify new local marketing opportunities for student acquisition

Work closely with counselling team to improve lead quality and conversions
