€¢ Execute co-branding activities with educational institutes and partner brands
€¢ Plan BTL activities, student engagement drives, and on-ground promotions
€¢ Monitor field team performance and ensure daily lead reporting
Online Marketing Coordination
€¢ Coordinate with Google Ads, SEO, and Meta Ads agencies
€¢ Plan monthly digital campaigns for lead generation and brand awareness
€¢ Track campaign performance, CPL, ROI, and optimize budgets
€¢ Work closely with designers/content team for creatives, landing pages, and ads
€¢ Ensure strong presence across social media platforms
Team & Target Management
€¢ Manage and supervise marketing executives in Ahmedabad and Surat
€¢ Assign monthly targets and track performance
€¢ Ensure achievement of minimum monthly lead generation numbers
€¢ Maintain marketing MIS, reports, and performance dashboards
Strategic Initiatives (Added Value)
€¢ Develop referral marketing channels with tuition classes and student influencers
€¢ Plan education seminars, fairs, and admission events
€¢ Build corporate and community partnerships for brand visibility
