Job Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and versatile professional to join our team as a Sales and Marketing Associate cum Office Administrative Assistant. This hybrid role requires a candidate with strong interpersonal skills, a proactive attitude, and the ability to seamlessly transition between sales and marketing activities and administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in driving our sales and marketing efforts while ensuring the smooth operation of day-to-day office activities.

Responsibilities:

Sales and Marketing:

Develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies to achieve business objectives. Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and trends. Build and maintain relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders. Execute marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, social media, and traditional methods. Prepare sales proposals, presentations, and reports to showcase company products and services. Meet and exceed sales targets through effective lead generation and conversion activities. Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling content and promotional materials.

Office Administrative:

Provide administrative support to ensure efficient office operations. Manage and maintain executives' schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements. Handle phone calls, emails, and other forms of communication in a professional manner. Assist in organizing and coordinating company events, meetings, and conferences. Maintain office supplies and equipment, ensuring everything is in working order. Oversee office filing systems and document management. Handle basic accounting tasks, such as expense tracking and invoicing. Coordinate with external vendors and service providers.
