We are seeking a dedicated Manpower Supervisor to oversee workforce management at our facility in IMT Manesar Sector 4, Gurgaon, Haryana . The ideal candidate will have 2 to 5 years of experience and a minimum of a 12th-grade education. With Computer Knowledge, Having own two wheeler candidate will be given preference

Key responsibilities include:

1. **Staff Coordination**: Provide Manpower according to Client Requirement. Documentation of the Candidate. Register them on .in portal, upload all documents and recordkeeping. Manage daily workforce activities by assigning tasks, ensuring proper staffing levels, and addressing any staffing shortages or issues that arise.

2. Organize training sessions for new hires and ongoing training for current employees to ensure they meet performance standards and safety protocols.

4. **Record Keeping**: Maintain accurate records of attendance, productivity, and any incidents that occur in the workplace. Use this data to generate reports for upper management.

Required skills and expectations include strong leadership abilities, communication skills, and a detail-oriented approach to work. The candidate should be capable of working in a fast-paced environment and possess problem-solving skills to manage conflicts and operational challenges effectively.
