looking for an experienced and dynamic Senior HR Manager to manage and lead the complete HR function of the organization. The candidate will be responsible for recruitment, employee management, HR policies, performance management, employee engagement, compliance, and overall HR operations.

Key Responsibilities

Manage the complete HR & Recruitment process from manpower planning to onboarding.

Develop and implement effective HR policies, procedures, and systems.

Handle end-to-end recruitment for various departments and senior-level positions.

Manage employee attendance, leave, payroll coordination, and HR documentation.

Conduct employee performance reviews and support performance improvement initiatives.

Handle employee grievances, disciplinary matters, and conflict resolution.

Develop employee engagement and retention strategies.

Coordinate with department heads for manpower planning and recruitment requirements.

Ensure proper onboarding, induction, and exit formalities.

Maintain accurate employee records and HR reports.

Ensure compliance with applicable labour laws and statutory requirements.

Prepare and monitor HR MIS, recruitment reports, attrition reports, and other HR analytics.

Lead and mentor the HR team and ensure smooth day-to-day HR operations.

Support management in strategic HR planning and organizational development.

Required Skills

Strong knowledge of HR Management & Recruitment.

Strong leadership and team-management abilities.

Good knowledge of HR policies, labour laws, and statutory compliance.

Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.

Good command of MS Office / Excel and HR software.

Ability to handle confidential employee information professionally.

Strong negotiation and employee relationship management skills.

Eligibility

Graduate/Postgraduate in HR, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

3-10 years of relevant HR experience.

Candidates with Real Estate industry experience will be preferred.
