we are looking for a dynamic and accomplished individual to join our team at shashvi remedies private limited in a leadership role focused on sales in the ayurvedic industry. the ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, a flair for presentations, branding expertise, and a proven track record in selling and collection. in addition, the candidate must have a minimum of 2 years of experience in team handling, displaying enthusiasm, and a strong achievement-oriented mindset.

responsibilities:

- utilize excellent sales knowledge in the ayurvedic industry

- lead and manage a team, providing guidance and support

- connect with new distributors and expand the business network

- open new channels for business growth

requirements:

- post graduate or bachelor's degree in any field. preferably ma/ma//

- more than 3 years of experience is compulsory ( preferring from ayurvedic industry)

- exceptional communication and presentation skills

- strong branding knowledge and the ability to represent the company effectively

- proven track record in sales, collection, and achieving targets

- two-wheeler and two-wheeler license are must

- 100% travel required
