The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills, presentation abilities, branding expertise, and a proven track record in selling and collection.Responsibilities:- Utilize excellent sales knowledge in the ayurvedic industry- Meet doctors, distributors, and effectively communicate product benefits- Convert orders into seamless business deals and foster lasting relationships- Independently generate business leads and drive sales revenueRequirements:- Postgraduate or Bachelor's degree in any field- Proven experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the ayurvedic industry- Exceptional communication and presentation skills- Strong branding knowledge and the ability to represent the company effectively- Sales-driven mindset with a focus on achieving and exceeding targets- Two-wheeler and Two-wheeler license are must- 100% Travel Required

We are looking for a dynamic and accomplished individual to join our team at Shashvi Remedies Private Limited in a Leadership role focused on sales in the ayurvedic industry. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, a flair for presentations, branding expertise, and a proven track record in selling and collection. In addition, the candidate must have a minimum of 2 years of experience in team handling, displaying enthusiasm, and a strong achievement-oriented mindset.Responsibilities:- Utilize excellent sales knowledge in the ayurvedic industry- Lead and manage a team, providing guidance and support- Connect with new distributors and expand the business network- Open new channels for business growthRequirements:- Post graduate or Bachelor's degree in any field. Preferably B.Pharma/M.Pharma/B.Sc/M.Sc- More than 3 years of experience is compulsory ( Preferring from Ayurvedic Industry)- Exceptional communication and presentation skills- Strong branding knowledge and the ability to represent the company effectively- Proven track record in sales, collection, and achieving targets- Two-wheeler and Two-wheeler license are must- 100% travel required
