job overview:

we are looking for a well-spoken and customer-centric customer service executive / sales to help us scale partnerships, drive b2b sales, and expand into new customer . the ideal candidate should have experience handling customer queries, new lead generation and sales skills over the phone and using crm software to manage interactions efficiently.

key responsibilities:

1. handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally and resolve queries efficiently.

2. respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, and crm systems.

3. provide order updates, assist with returns/exchanges, and resolve complaints.

4. maintain accurate customer records and update crm software.

5. coordinate with internal teams (logistics, operations, etc.) to ensure smooth resolutions.

6. ensure excellent customer experience and maintain brand reputation.

7. identify, target, and convert new b2b clients (corporates, startups, agencies, wedding planners, etc.)

8. build strategic partnerships with event organizers, hr teams, and influencers

9. manage the end-to-end sales cycle �� from lead generation to pitching, negotiation, and closing

10. use crm tools to track pipeline, measure kpis, and report on revenue growth

11. explore new channels for growth: bulk gifting, white-labeling, influencer gifting, and corporate gifting

requirements:

minimum 3-5 year of experience in customer service / sales (preferably in e-commerce).

excellent verbal and written communication skills.

proficiency in using crm software and microsoft office.

ability to handle high call volumes while maintaining professionalism.

strong problem-solving skills and a customer-first attitude.
