Key Responsibilities
Sales Generation:
ï‚· Contact potential customers through outbound calls and other communication
channels.

Customer Relationship Management:
ï‚· Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
ï‚· Provide excellent after-sales service and support to ensure customer satisfaction.
Market Understanding:
ï‚· Stay updated with UK market trends and customer preferences.
ï‚· Understand the company's products and services thoroughly to provide accurate
information.
Data Management:
ï‚· Maintain accurate records of interactions, sales, and customer details in CRM
systems.
ï‚· Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
Collaboration:
ï‚· Work closely with the marketing, customer service, and product teams to align
strategies.
ï‚· Share customer feedback to help improve products and services.
Key Requirements
ï‚· Education: High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor€™s degree
preferred).
ï‚· Experience: 1€“2 years in sales, BPO, or customer service (preferably in
UK/International process).
ï‚· Communication Skills: Excellent spoken and written English with a neutral or UK
accent.
ï‚· Sales Skills: Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
ï‚· Tech Savvy: Familiarity with CRM tools like Primo or Zoho.
ï‚· Availability: Flexibility to work UK shift hours.
