key responsibilities
sales generation:
contact potential customers through outbound calls and other communication
channels.

market understanding:

maintain accurate records of interactions, sales, and customer details in crm
systems.
prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
collaboration:
work closely with the marketing, customer service, and product teams to align
strategies.
share customer feedback to help improve products and services.
key requirements
education: high school diploma or equivalent (bachelors degree
preferred).
experience: 12 years in sales, bpo, or customer service (preferably in
uk/international process).
communication skills: excellent spoken and written english with a neutral or uk
accent.
sales skills: proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
tech savvy: familiarity with crm tools like primo or zoho.
availability: flexibility to work uk shift hours.
