Looking For Team Manager Internal Audit

• SOX experience

• Has worked in BIG4 consulting firm for at least 2 years.

• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills around complex business issues

• Project, and time management skills.

• Effective verbal and written communications, including active listening skills and skills presenting findings and recommendations.

• Ability to effectively influence individuals to action at different levels of internal and external organizations.

Flexibility, adaptability, and comfort in dealing with new business areas and situations.

Work location - Bangalore

Hybrid work model – 1 Week WFO + 3 weeks WFH

UK Shifts (3 PM-12 PM) / US Shifts (6 PM to AM) - Subject to Business requirement.

Education/Work Experience:

1. CA with 5+ years of relevant experience (Highly Preferred)

2. MBA – Finance only (with minimum 7+ years of relevant SOX experience)
