Inside Sales Representative

€¢ Manage and prioritize leads from multiple sources, including digital marketing initiatives, website inquiries, inbound calls/emails, online chat platforms, events and qualify leads based on predefined criteria.

€¢ Prospect and identify potential leads through cold calling, and outbound outreach campaigns to generate new business opportunities.

€¢ Qualify leads by understanding customer needs, pain points, and buying intentions through effective questioning and active listening techniques.

€¢ Enter and maintain lead data in the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system and assign to respective sales associate.

€¢ Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to align lead management processes with overall business objectives, optimize lead conversion rates, and improve the quality of leads generated.

€¢ Provide regular reports and insights on lead generation and conversion metrics, including lead volume, conversion rates, customer feedback, etc.

€¢ Bachelor's degree in a technical field such as Engineering, or related discipline is required.

€¢ Excellent communication skills (Hindi & English is a must), with the ability to effectively engage and persuade prospects through various channels.

€¢ Min 2yrs experience in lead management, lead generation, or sales development roles, preferably in a B2B environment.

€¢ Strong MS office skills such as Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

€¢ Proficiency in using CRM software and tools to manage leads, track activities, and report on lead performance.

€¢ Must possess a €œcan do€ attitude especially in continuing to provide continuous improvement and change.

Main Objective: This is a pan India role comprising of different businesses (IG/Fcal/Retail/Fnet/FIS/FPI) and will primarily focus on engaging and qualifying prospective customers primarily through phone calls and emails. The incumbent will play a critical role in driving revenue growth and expanding our customer base.
