responsibilities:
• candidate will be a part of big project.
• answering to incoming calls.
• identify and escalate issues to supervisors.
• research, identify and resolve citizen complaints using applicable software
• route calls to appropriate resources.
• document all call information according to standard operating procedures
• complete call logs and reports.
• keep records of all conversations in our call center database in a comprehensible way.
• meet personal or team qualitative and quantitative targets.
• ensure you follow the customer service script provided by the company for uniformity.
requirements:
1. need confident candidates who can handle calls efficiently.
2. strong phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening in marathi, english & hindi.
3. should be comfortable working in rotational shifts [day rotational shifts for females].
4. should be comfortable working from office.
5. should have basic knowledge of computers.
