Key Responsibilities:- Handle inbound customer interactions (calls, emails, and chats), ensuring accurate case logging in therequired tools.- Provide recruitment support to candidates (fresh applicants and rehires) as per defined processes.- Guide customers with navigational support on self-service portals.- Perform security verifications in accordance with company policies and GDPR guidelines.- Make outbound calls to customers when necessary, following client/company protocols.- Maintain productivity and uphold exceptional quality standards in line with defined targets.- Collaborate effectively through open and regular communication with peers and supervisors.- Comply with all organizational policies and procedures, both personnel and operational.- Keep process documentation (DTPs, Knowledgebase, SharePoint, etc.) updated and accurate.- Adhere to regular and punctual attendance in alignment with company expectations.- Minimize customer complaints and escalations through excellent service and call handling.
