key responsibilities:

client consultations: engage with clients to understand their visa needs and provide tailored guidance.

application support: assist clients in completing visa applications accurately and efficiently.

document assistance: help clients gather and organize the necessary documents for their applications.

regulatory updates: stay informed about the latest visa regulations and policies for various countries.

ongoing communication: maintain regular contact with clients to answer questions and provide updates on their application status.

record keeping: maintain accurate records of client interactions and application progress.

qualifications:

strong communication and interpersonal skills.

previous experience in visa counseling or related fields is a plus.

familiarity with visa processes for different countries.

excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.

ability to manage multiple cases in a fast-paced environment.
