- Responsible for the entire recruitment process, including both IT and non-IT recruitment.
- Source resumes from various job portals, referrals, Naukri and Linkedln.
- Oversee full-cycle recruiting efforts, including sourcing, screening, scheduling, interview coordination.
- Schedule interviews through email and phone communication, ensuring candidates attend interviews at the designated time and date.
- Coordinate with candidates from interview through to joining date, aiming to ensure stability and reduce attrition.
- Experience with application tracking systems.
