1) Partner with hiring managers to determine staffing requirements and provide market trends or salary benchmarking.
2) Utilize job boards, social media (like LinkedIn), and internal databases to find candidates.
3) Screen resumes, conduct initial phone interviews, and coordinate interviews between candidates and client companies.
4) Build relationships with candidates, provide updates throughout the process, and handle negotiations.
5) Track key HR metrics such as time-to-fill and maintain records in MS- Excel.
Experience:
Proven work experience as an HR Recruiter, ideally in a consultancy environment.
Communication:
Strong interpersonal and communication skills to interact with both clients and candidates.
Technical Skills:
Familiarity with different job portals, and sourcing techniques.
