• Negotiation & Conflict Resolution: Ability to mediate disputes between employees or departments and negotiate vendor contracts or employment terms.
• Analytical Thinking: Expert at interpreting HR metrics and generating detailed client or internal management reports.
• Proficiency in MS Office: Advanced skills in Excel (for payroll and data analysis) and PowerPoint (for board-level presentations).
• Legal & Statutory Compliance (New):
• Labor Law Expertise: Deep understanding of the Factories Act, Industrial Disputes Act, POSH Act, and Minimum Wages Act.
• Legal Documentation: Ability to draft legally sound appointment letters, non-disclosure agreements (NDAs), and termination notices.
• Liaising: Experience in representing the company during meetings with government labor departments or legal counsel.
• Statutory Filings: Ensuring 100% compliance with PF, ESIC, Professional Tax, and Bonus filings to protect the company from legal penalties.
