📌 JOB SUMMARY

✓ Lead the complete HR function at our manufacturing facility.

✓ Manage recruitment, selection and onboarding.

✓ Handle payroll coordination and salary administration.

✓ Ensure statutory compliance and labour-law requirements.

✓ Manage employee relations and workforce planning.

✓ Drive performance management, training and employee engagement.

🔹 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

✓ Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding.

✓ Handle HR operations for factory workers and office staff.

✓ Manage payroll coordination and manpower planning.

✓ Ensure compliance with PF, ESIC, PT, Bonus, Gratuity and applicable labour laws.

✓ Handle employee grievances, discipline and industrial relations.

✓ Develop and implement HR policies and SOPs.

✓ Manage performance appraisals, engagement and retention.

✓ Coordinate employee training and development.

✓ Maintain HR documentation and monthly MIS reports.

✓ Coordinate manpower requirements with Production, Quality and Maintenance teams.

🎓 REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

✓ MBA / PGDM in Human Resources or equivalent.

✓ 10-12 years of relevant HR experience.

✓ Manufacturing or engineering industry experience preferred.

✓ Strong knowledge of labour laws and statutory compliance.

✓ Experience handling factory workers and employee relations.

✓ Excellent leadership, communication and problem-solving skills.

✓ Proficiency in MS Excel, ERP, HRMS and payroll systems.

⭐ PREFERRED CANDIDATE

✓ Experience in precision components, automotive or engineering industries.

✓ Ability to manage strategic HR and daily factory operations.

✓ Strong understanding of manpower productivity and employee engagement.
