Working Hours: 9:00 AM 6:00 PM

Salary: 20,000 30,000

Experience Required: 2 to 4 years in Human Resources

Key Responsibilities:

Manage recruitment, onboarding, and exit processes

Develop and implement HR policies and procedures

Handle employee relations and support a positive company culture

Plan and coordinate employee engagement activities

Support training and development programs for staff

Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation

Candidate Requirements:

Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field

2 to 4 years of experience in HR, preferably in a managerial role

Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills

Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities

Proficient in Microsoft Office tools
