We are recruiting a Experience Candidate For HR MANAGER Position in our leading Sigma education Consulting Company Chennai Ambattur.
Designation : HR Manager
Experience: 6+ Yrs (Relevant Talent acquisition/ Statutory compliance/HRMS/ Labour laws)
Skills: Fluency in English/Recruitment & Talent Acquisition/Employee Relations/HR Operations/Performance Management (KRA/KPI)/HR Policies & HRMS management/Labour Laws (PF, ESI, Shops & Establishment)/Payroll management/ Statutory compliance/ Grievance handling/Team handling/HR analytics & reporting/Communication & negotiation.
Salary Range: 35K- 40K CTC( Interview Performance Based Salary fixed)
Key Responsibilities
1. Talent Acquisition
Manage end-to-end recruitment processes including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
Collaborate with department heads to understand hiring needs and workforce planning.
Build talent pipelines and maintain relationships with recruitment agencies and job portals.
2. Employee Relations
Act as a point of contact for employee concerns and conflict resolution.
Promote a positive workplace culture and employee engagement initiatives.
Conduct exit interviews and analyze employee feedback.
3. HR Operations
Oversee HR policies, procedures, and compliance with labor laws and company policies.
Maintain employee records and HRIS systems.
Ensure smooth onboarding and offboarding processes.
4. Performance Management
Manage the performance appraisal process.
Support managers in goal setting, feedback, and performance improvement plans.
Monitor employee productivity and engagement metrics.
5. Learning & Development
Identify training needs and coordinate learning programs.
Implement leadership development and skill-building initiatives.
6. Compensation & Benefits
Support salary benchmarking and compensation planning.
Administer employee benefits and ensure payroll coordination.
7. Compliance & HR Policies
Ensure compliance with labor laws, employment standards, and company regulations.
Update HR policies and employee handbook when required.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
MBA/PGDM in HR preferred.
6+ years of experience in HR generalist or HR management roles.
Required Skills
Strong knowledge of HR practices and labor laws.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Experience with HRIS and recruitment platforms.
Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities.
Leadership and team management skills.
Preferred Skills
Experience in HR analytics and reporting.
Experience handling HR operations for mid-size teams (30+ employees).
Certification in HR (SHRM / HRCI / equivalent) is a plus.
