what you will do:
manage end-to-end recruitment for roles like research analysts, writers, programmers, sales, and admin.
conduct interviews, shortlist candidates, and coordinate with department heads.
prepare offer letters, appointment letters, confirmation letters, and exit letters.
handle onboarding, induction, and training for new employees.
maintain employee records, attendance, leave, and hr documents.
support performance appraisals and help employees understand their kras.
solve employee issues, grievances, and maintain a healthy work environment.
plan employee engagement activities and team events.
monitor discipline, office timings, and company rules.
coordinate with management on hr strategies and manpower planning.
ensure smooth exit process, relieving formalities, and handover.
maintain hr policies and update them when needed.
skills needed:
good communication & people-handling skills.
strong in recruitment and documentation.
basic knowledge of labour laws and hr policies.
problem-solving and conflict-handling skills.
ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism.
good computer skills (ms office, excel, hr tools).
qualification & experience:
any degree with hr specialization preferred.
25 years experience in hr (freshers can apply for junior roles).
