Administrator Responsibilities
Office & Accounts Management
• Handle office tasks such as filing, generating reports and presentations, and setting up meetings.
• Conduct physical verification of pantry items and office stationery.
• Maintain expense invoices for annual audit documentation.
• Send GST invoices to the auditor on a monthly basis.
• Raise invoices/quotes as per requirement and maintain all documents in an organised manner.
• Maintain petty cash and record expenses on a daily basis.
HR Responsibilities
Recruitment
• Source potential candidates through various channels and screen incoming resumes and applications for open roles.
• Coordinate and conduct interviews and share shortlisted candidates with hiring managers.
• Assist new hires with onboarding and act as their point of contact during the transition.
HR Operations & Compliance
• Update staff attendance records and track leave applications.
• Coordinate with auditors to share and verify payroll workings & HR compliances.
• Support monthly employee check-ins to gather feedback and relay concerns between employees and reporting managers.
• Support the appraisal process, including coordinating timelines, documentation, and communication between employees and managers.
Skills & Qualifications
• Prior experience in Admin, accounts, HR support role.
• Experience in IT sector.
• Sound judgement and excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both verbal and written.
• Proficient in English (oral and written).
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office (especially Outlook, Excel, Word & PowerPoint).
The role requires a 6-month probation period, after which performance will be reviewed to make the position permanent. 2-year bond will be applicable
