Key Responsibilities:
Assisting in sourcing candidates through job portals, social media, and other channels.
Screening resumes and shortlisting potential candidates.
Coordinating interviews and maintaining candidate pipelines.
Supporting the recruitment team in day-to-day tasks and ensuring timely closures.

Strong communication and organizational skills.
A proactive mindset and eagerness to learn.
Familiarity with MS Office tools is a plus.
