Human Resource Executive - Full Time

We are looking for a passionate Human Resource Executive to join our team in Gwalior. This role is responsible for supporting various HR functions and ensuring a positive workplace environment.

Key Responsibilities:

- **Recruitment Support**: Assist in the hiring process by posting job advertisements, screening resumes, and coordinating interviews with candidates.

- **Employee Onboarding**: Help with new employee orientation, ensuring that new hires have all necessary documentation and understand company policies.

- **Employee Records Management**: Maintain and update employee records accurately in the database, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with company policies.

- **Training Coordination**: Organize training sessions for employees, including scheduling trainers and preparing training materials.

- **Employee Relations**: Act as a point of contact for employee inquiries and concerns, fostering a positive workplace culture and addressing any issues promptly.

Required Skills and Expectations:

Candidates should have 1 to 2 years of experience in HR or related fields. A minimum educational qualification of 12th pass is required. Strong communication skills are essential, particularly in conveying information clearly and effectively. You should possess good organizational abilities and be comfortable managing multiple tasks concurrently. Familiarity with HR software and tools will be an advantage. A positive attitude and a willingness to learn are critical for success in this role.
