Looking For Human Resource Executive

We are looking for a Human Resource Executive to join our team in Dehradun, India. This full-time position is ideal for someone with 1 to 2 years of experience in HR and a completed 12th-grade education.

Key Responsibilities:

1. **Recruitment Support**: Assist in hiring new staff by posting job advertisements, screening resumes, and coordinating interviews to find the best candidates.

2. **Employee Onboarding**: Help new employees settle into their roles by providing orientation, collecting necessary documents, and answering any questions they may have.

3. **Employee Records Management**: Maintain accurate employee records, including personal details, attendance, and performance data, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with regulations.

4. **Payroll Assistance**: Support the payroll process by gathering data on employee hours, leaves, and other relevant information.

5. **Staff Training Coordination**: Organize training sessions and workshops to improve employee skills and knowledge, ensuring staff development aligns with company goals.

Required Skills and Expectations:

Candidates should have strong communication skills and the ability to work well in a team. Proficiency in basic computer applications, such as Microsoft Office, is essential.
