inputs, compliance, and employee lifecycle management.
role overview
the hr executive will manage recruitment, employee onboarding, hr operations, attendance
monitoring, compliance, and employee relations primarily through hrms software, along with
coordination with plant teams. the position requires hands-on experience with hrms platforms and the
ability to manage large manpower operations efficiently.
key responsibilities
1. recruitment through hrms
use the hrms recruitment module to post job openings, track applicants, and manage hiring
workflows.
screen cvs, schedule interviews, update candidate status, and close positions within defined
tat.
maintain digital recruitment dashboards for management review.
2. digital onboarding & documentation
initiate onboarding through hrms: document upload, verification, checklist completion, and
digital personnel file creation.
generate offer letters / appointment letters directly from the system.
conduct hr induction and ensure employee data is fully updated in hrms.
3. attendance, shift & leave management
monitor daily attendance via hrms biometric integration.
validate anomalies (missed punches, manual regularization requests, late marks).
manage leave approvals, weekly-offs, and shift assignments using hrms tools.
generate monthly attendance summaries for payroll processing.
4. payroll coordination (hrms-driven)
ensure all attendance inputs, ot requests, leave updates, and salary-related changes are updated
in hrms before the cutoff date.
prepare payroll reports using hrms export functions and coordinate with finance.
ensure accurate data flow for epf, esic, tds, and statutory deductions.
5. hr operations & compliance
maintain statutory compliance records (epf, esic, labour laws) within hrms.
ensure all employee documents (aadhaar, pan, bank details, education certificates) are
digitally stored.
coordinate with compliance consultants and plant hr for audits.
6. employee relations & support
resolve employee queries related to hrms login, attendance corrections, leave issues, etc.
maintain employee grievance logs and escalate issues when required.
support engagement activities and maintain event records within hrms.
7. coordination & reporting
share daily, weekly, and monthly hr reports generated from hrms dashboards.
coordinate with plant hr teams for manpower updates, new joinings, and exits.
