Interview For HR Executive || M.B.A/PGDM - Freshers

-collaborate with department heads (., editorial, production, marketing) to identify staffing needs and create compelling job descriptions for news and media roles.

-manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including posting job openings on media-specific and general job boards, screening resumes, and coordinating interviews.

-conduct initial candidate screenings to assess their suitability for the fast-paced news environment.

-manage the on boarding process for new hires, including document collection, background verification, and orientation to culture

-process monthly payroll accurately and on time, coordinating with the finance team to ensure correct salary disbursements, bonuses, and allowances.

-maintain and update employee records and databases with complete and confidential information.

-assist in the performance appraisal process, ensuring a smooth and fair evaluation cycle for all employees.
