Role & Responsibilities:

 Handling end-end recruitment. Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract and identify qualified candidates

 Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and create comprehensive job descriptions.

 Source potential candidates through various channels, including job portals, social media, professional networks, and referrals

 Review and screen resumes and applications to shortlist qualified candidates

 Conduct initial phone and/or video interviews to assess candidates' suitability for the role

 Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers.

 Assist in conducting in-person or virtual interviews, facilitating assessment tests, and coordinating interview feedback

 Perform reference checks and employment verifications for selected candidates

 Extend job offers and negotiate compensation packages as per company guidelines

 Ensure a smooth onboarding process for new hires, including documentation and orientation

 Develop and implement strategies to enhance employee engagement and retention

 Analyze turnover rates and exit interview data to identify trends and suggest improvements

 Collaborate with the team to design and implement initiatives, such as career development programs, training opportunities.

 Assist in the development of policies and practices that contribute to a positive work environment and employee satisfaction

 Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of recruitment activities, interviews, and hiring decisions

 Generate regular reports on recruitment and retention metrics for management review

 Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in recruitment and retention

 Assist HR Manager in All HR Generalist activities
