Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

1. Recruitment: Handle the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and onboarding new hires.

2. Employee Relations: Address employee concerns, conduct conflict resolution, and promote a positive work environment.

3. HR Policies: Ensure compliance with company HR policies and procedures, as well as regulatory requirements.

4. Training and Development: Coordinate employee training programs and initiatives to enhance skills and competencies.

5. Performance Management: Implement performance appraisal systems, set goals, and provide feedback to employees for continuous improvement.

Required Skills and Expectations:

1. Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field.

2. Strong interpersonal and communication skills for interacting with employees at all levels.

3. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with professionalism.

4. Knowledge of HR best practices, labor laws, and regulations.

5. Good organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.

6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and HR management software.

7. Willingness to learn and adapt to a dynamic work environment with a positive attitude.
