Job Overview:
We are looking for a talented and experienced HR Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of recruitment processes and techniques, as well as exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. The HR Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selecting candidates for a variety of positions within the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract a diverse pool of qualified candidates.
Review resumes and job applications, and conduct pre-screening interviews to assess candidates skills, experience, and qualifications.
Conduct reference checks and background investigations for selected candidates. Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
Facilitate the hiring process by negotiating job offers and assisting with the onboarding process.
Build and maintain relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and other stakeholders to ensure a positive candidate experience.
Participate in job fairs, career events, and other recruitment activities as needed.
Provide timely and accurate reports on recruitment metrics and other relevant data.
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field.
2-3 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
Strong understanding of recruitment processes and techniques.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Knowledge of applicable employment laws and regulations.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and experience with applicant tracking systems.
Demonstrated ability to meet recruitment targets and timelines.
