• provide timely and accurate reports on recruitment metrics and other relevant data.
qualifications:
• bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field.
• 2-3 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
• strong understanding of recruitment processes and techniques.
• excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• knowledge of applicable employment laws and regulations.
• proficient in microsoft office and experience with applicant tracking systems.
• demonstrated ability to meet recruitment targets and timelines.
