IT profile recruitment must be handle.
Experience with job portals such as Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, Monster, etc.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong negotiation and stakeholder management abilities.
Ability to handle multiple positions simultaneously.
Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and recruitment tracking systems.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle from requisition to joining.
Understand hiring requirements from department managers.
Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and professional networks.
Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews.
Coordinate interview schedules with candidates and hiring managers.
Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
Negotiate salary and release offer letters.
Follow up with selected candidates until onboarding.
Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for future openings.
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
Prepare recruitment reports and hiring metrics.
