Responsibilities:

Responsible for managing Employee life cycle onboarding to off-boarding.

Employee Engagement- Designing calendar and organizing activities.

Look after All Statutory Compliance

PF, ESIC Etc

Employee Grievance Management, Disciplinary activities, CSR.

HR & IR:

Staff, Workers, Union relation

Training & Development coordination for Trainees and Line engineers

TNI assessment for Technical and Non-Technical Manpower.

Joining formalities, onboarding, off-boarding, and Induction.

Employee Engagement.

End to end Payroll work for employees and workers.

Statutory compliance management of Company & Contractors.

Grievance handling & Disciplinary action.

Co-ordination with all HOD & Plant Head

Event management

MIS Management.
