Responsibilities:

• Responsible for managing Employee life cycle onboarding to off-boarding.

• Employee Engagement- Designing calendar and organizing activities.

• Look after All Statutory Compliance

• PF, ESIC Etc

• Employee Grievance Management, Disciplinary activities, CSR.

HR & IR:

• Staff, Workers, Union relation

• Training & Development coordination for Trainees and Line engineers

• TNI assessment for Technical and Non-Technical Manpower.

• Joining formalities, onboarding, off-boarding, and Induction.

• Employee Engagement.

• End to end Payroll work for employees and workers.

• Statutory compliance management of Company & Contractors.

• Grievance handling & Disciplinary action.

• Co-ordination with all HOD & Plant Head

• Event management

• MIS Management.
