responsibilities:

• responsible for managing employee life cycle onboarding to off-boarding.

• employee engagement- designing calendar and organizing activities.

• look after all statutory compliance

• pf, esic etc

• employee grievance management, disciplinary activities, csr.

hr & ir:

• staff, workers, union relation

• training & development coordination for trainees and line engineers

• tni assessment for technical and non-technical manpower.

• joining formalities, onboarding, off-boarding, and induction.

• employee engagement.

• end to end payroll work for employees and workers.

• statutory compliance management of company & contractors.

• grievance handling & disciplinary action.

• co-ordination with all hod & plant head

• event management

• mis management.
