Job Title: Part-Time / Visiting HR Manager

Location: Shapar-Veraval, Rajkot (On-site Factory Visits)

Job Type: Part-Time / Visiting Consultant

Compensation: ₹10,000 - ₹12,000 per month

About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced and practical Visiting / Part-Time HR Manager for our agricultural machinery manufacturing facility located in Shapar-Veraval, Rajkot.

This role involves visiting the manufacturing facility 2 to 3 days per week to manage operational hiring, oversee worker attendance and payroll, and maintain basic industrial compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

Talent Acquisition: Lead recruitment for key office, technical, and plant operations roles (., Accounts, ERP Executives, Technical Staff, Shop-Floor Supervisors).

Onboarding & Records: Manage joining formalities, documentation, and maintain updated personnel records.

Payroll & Attendance: Coordinate monthly biometric attendance, calculate overtime (OT), deductions, and ensure timely payroll processing via Excel.

Statutory Compliance: Monitor compliance related to Factory Act guidelines, PF, ESIC, and labor welfare.

Workforce Management: Maintain shop-floor discipline, address worker grievances, and manage day-to-day HR administration.

Key Requirements:

Education: Graduated in HR

Experience: Any HR experience within the Manufacturing / Engineering sector.

Strong familiarity with local recruitment in the Rajkot / Shapar-Veraval industrial belt.

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, payroll calculation, and HR documentation.

Strong communication and plant-level team coordination skills.

Work Schedule:

2 to 3 plant visits per week (flexible hours) with remote coordination as required.
