we are seeking a dynamic and results-driven it recruiter to join our team. the ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment cycle for it roles, including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, client communication, and offer negotiation. this role demands a strategic mindset, excellent communication skills, and proficiency in using ats and recruitment tools.
key responsibilities
sourcing & strategy
develop and execute sourcing strategies using job boards, social media, referrals, and databases.
conduct mass mailing campaigns to attract passive and active candidates.
maintain a strong pipeline of qualified it professionals for current and future needs.
screening & evaluation
review resumes and applications to shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
conduct initial screening calls to assess technical skills, experience, and cultural fit.
coordinate technical assessments and feedback collection.
interview coordination
schedule and manage interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
ensure smooth logistics and timely communication throughout the interview process.
follow up with interviewers and candidates for feedback and next steps.
client & stakeholder engagement
collaborate with clients and internal teams to understand hiring needs and timelines.
provide regular updates and reports on recruitment progress.
act as a liaison between candidates and clients to ensure alignment and transparency.
offer & negotiation
facilitate salary discussions and negotiate offers with selected candidates.
ensure timely offer rollouts and acceptance tracking.
coordinate onboarding activities with hr and hiring managers.
ats & reporting
maintain accurate records in the applicant tracking system (ats).
generate recruitment metrics and dashboards for performance tracking.
ensure compliance with recruitment policies and data privacy standards.
required skills & qualifications
proven experience in it recruitment (domestic or international staffing).
strong understanding of technical roles and terminologies.
proficiency in ats platforms and recruitment tools.
excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
ability to multitask and manage multiple requisitions simultaneously.
strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
