We need an HR Executive. ( Urgent Required )

Answering employee questions

Maintaining computer system by updating and entering data.

Use Job portal like , , Times jobs.

Contact with Faculties and management time to time.

Participating in recruitment efforts

Inform applicants about job details such as benefits and

conditions

Posting job ads and organizing resumes and job applications

Scheduling job interviews and assisting in interview process

Preparing new employee files

Orienting new employees to the organization (setting up a

designated log-in, workstation, email address, etc.)

Administering new employment assessments.

Serving as a point person for all new employee questions.

Processing payroll, which includes ensuring vacation and sick

time are tracked in the system.

Completing termination paperwork and assisting with existing

interviews.

Salary sheet & attendance system maintenance.

Organizing fun activities and events in the office.

Prepare & send daily report to the Manager.

*Must have good communication skills.
