 Responsible for Processing & Disbursement of Payroll & Reimbursement (such as Salary, Leave encashment, Incentive, Advances, and other related aspects) & Generating Salary Statement & issuance of Employee Salary Certificate.
 Maintaining & Tracking Attendance , Leave for all levels of employees as per HR leave policy.
 Processing of Full & Final Settlements as per company policy for resigned employees.
Liaison with Banks for activation of corporate salary accounts.
Employee Relations & Welfare with Statutory Compliances.
 Conducted events like employee birthday etc and health and safety of the labour.
 Resolved employee queries through interaction with them with payment of contractor.
 Clarifying employees' queries about the HR policies and verify the contractors Bill.
