Job Description

As a Hospitality Executive in Kolkata, India, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, handling guest inquiries, and ensuring guest satisfaction. You will assist in booking reservations, managing check-ins and check-outs, and addressing any guest concerns promptly and professionally.

Key responsibilities include greeting guests, answering phone calls, responding to emails, and assisting with room service requests. You will also be responsible for maintaining cleanliness in the lobby and common areas, as well as coordinating with other departments to ensure a seamless guest experience.
