Key Responsibilities

Client Consultation

ï‚· Meet with prospective homebuyers to assess their loan requirements and financial

eligibility.

ï‚· Provide guidance on available home loan products, interest rates, and repayment

options.

ï‚· Explain the application process, required documentation, and timelines to clients.

Loan Application Processing

ï‚· Assist clients in completing loan applications accurately and efficiently.

ï‚· Collect, verify, and evaluate financial documentation such as income statements,

credit reports, and tax returns.

ï‚· Coordinate with lenders to ensure timely approval and disbursal of loans.

Customer Relationship Management

ï‚· Maintain relationships with clients throughout the loan process to ensure a positive

customer experience.

ï‚· Address customer queries and concerns related to loan terms, EMIs, or repayment

structures.

ï‚· Build and maintain a network of real estate agents, brokers, and developers
