Key Responsibilities:
1. **Customer Service:** Provide excellent service to passengers at the airport by assisting them with check-in, baggage handling, and boarding processes to ensure a smooth travel experience.
2. **Handling Documentation:** Verify passenger tickets and identification documents, ensuring compliance with all airline regulations and procedures, to enhance safety and efficiency.
3. **Baggage Management:** Assist in the efficient handling of passenger luggage, including loading, unloading, and directing bags to the correct destinations, maintaining a high level of organization.
4. **Communication:** Act as a point of contact for passengers, addressing their inquiries and concerns in a friendly manner while providing relevant information about flight schedules and services.
