Hiring Fresher / Ground Staff Supervisor / 12th Pass

We are looking for a dedicated Ground Staff Supervisor to manage and oversee our ground staff operations in Kolkata. This role is essential for ensuring smooth operations at the airport and enhancing the overall passenger experience.

Key Responsibilities:

- Supervise Ground Staff: Oversee day-to-day activities of ground staff to ensure they are performing their tasks efficiently and effectively.

- Coordinate Operations: Collaborate with different teams to ensure seamless coordination of all ground operations, including check-in, baggage handling, and boarding.

- Training and Development: Assist in training new staff members, helping them understand the procedures and responsibilities they need to follow.

- Customer Service: Address passenger inquiries and concerns, ensuring that high levels of customer service are maintained at all times.

- Maintain Safety Standards: Enforce safety regulations and protocols among the ground staff to ensure a secure working environment.

Required Skills and Expectations:

- Educational Qualification: A minimum of 12th-grade education is required.

- Experience: While 0-2 years of experience is preferred, a fresh candidate with a willingness to learn will also be considered.

- Strong Communication: Must possess good communication skills to interact with both staff and passengers effectively.

- Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively with different teams to achieve common goals.

- Problem-Solving Skills: Demonstrated ability to handle challenges and resolve issues promptly while maintaining professionalism.
