3. Safety and Security: Maintain safety and security protocols at all times, ensuring compliance with company and aviation regulations while assisting in emergency situations.
4. Ground Operations Support: Collaborate with the ground team to ensure timely boarding and offloading of passengers, as well as the organization of gates and boarding areas.
5. Communication: Maintain a positive and friendly attitude while interacting with customers and team members, addressing inquiries, and resolving complaints professionally.
