Receiving, GRN, and dispatch process knowledge

Ability to manage inward & outward logistics smoothly

Team handling and supervision skills (loaders, pickers, security)

Basic computer skills (Excel, ERP, billing/stock software)

Accuracy in stock counting and reconciliation

Understanding of damages, shortages, and expiry control

Coordination with purchase, sales, and transport teams

Knowledge of safety, hygiene, and godown discipline

Time management and multitasking ability

Basic reporting and MIS preparation skills

Ability to handle audits and physical stock verification

Problem-solving and decision-making skills
