Walk-in repairs
Hardware replacements
AMC contracts
Installations & IT support
To manage this professionally, we are building a strong front-office operations are not hiring a typical receptionist.
We are hiring someone who can:
manage customers
coordinate technicians
control daily operations
support billing & sales
keep the entire service center organized

Role Objective
To act as the control center of daily operations managing customer communication, service scheduling, quotations, billing, and coordination between customers, technicians, and vendors ensuring smooth workflow and excellent service experience.
You will be the first impression and main point of contact for all customers.
Key Responsibilities:
Customer Experience & Front Desk
Welcome walk-in customers professionally
Understand service issues clearly
Create job cards/tickets in system
Provide realistic timelines and expectations
Maintain positive, polite communication at all times
Ensure customers feel confident and cared for
Call, WhatsApp & Email Management
Answer all incoming calls within 3 rings
Handle service inquiries and pricing questions
Convert inquiries into bookings
Respond to WhatsApp & email messages quickly
Follow up on missed calls and leads
Maintain call logs
Service Coordination & Scheduling
Plan daily technician schedules
Assign field jobs efficiently
Prioritize urgent cases
Coordinate pickup & delivery
Track job status continuously
Ensure no job is delayed or forgotten
Follow up with technicians for updates
You are responsible for keeping operations smooth.
Quotation & Deal Support
Prepare repair/service quotations quickly
Explain estimates to customers
Follow up for approvals
Coordinate parts availability
Support AMC/upgrade/service plan selling
Assist in closing deals
Billing & Payments
Generate invoices accurately
Collect payments (cash/UPI/card/bank)
Share receipts
Maintain daily billing records
Reconcile daily collections
Track pending payments
Administration & Records
Maintain customer database
Update CRM/job sheets
Track pending & completed jobs
Maintain files and reports
Coordinate vendor orders & materials
Ensure front desk is organized and professional
Feedback & Complaint Handling
Call customers post-service for feedback
Handle complaints calmly
Escalate serious issues
Maintain high customer satisfaction

01 years experience (service center/front desk/admin/sales coordinator preferred)

Salary: 13,000/month + incentives
